Ajman Media City Free Zone (AMC) has the clearest price list in Ajman. Its cheapest package, Business Club, costs AED 4,999 a year and gives you a trade licence, a co-working space lease, up to 10 activities and up to 10 shareholders, with no visa. Visa tiers run from one to three visas. AMC fits media people, content creators, consultants and online sellers who want a low cost licence they can run remotely.
How much does an AMC license cost?
AMC publishes four tiers, each for one year, each with a co-working space, up to 10 activities and up to 10 shareholders. The renewal price is shown next to the first year price:

The renewal on visa tiers covers the licence, co-working space, utilities, establishment card and e-channel. It does not repeat the one-off visa steps, which is why year two costs less than year one.
Business Club lets you mix commercial and service activities in one licence. That is not allowed in every Ajman zone: Ajman Free Zone keeps the two apart.
First year against year two
The price gap between tiers tells you what a visa costs here. The first visa is the gap between Business Club at AED 4,999 and Visionary at AED 12,999. At renewal the gap is much smaller, because you are only keeping the establishment card and e-channel alive, not paying for the medical, entry permit and status change again.
AMC prints the exact renewal price on each package page. Across the four tiers, renewals run from AED 4,999 to AED 14,999 a year. A founder who needs no visa at all pays AED 4,999 every year on Business Club, and that renewal price is printed before you buy.
AMC does not sell the licence, registration or visa as separate fee lines. You buy a tier.
What do setup agencies charge for AMC?
Setup agencies publish Ajman Media City packages at AED 4,999 to AED 22,999 (published prices of 2 agencies, checked ). Both simply repeat the official tiers, so this is the spread from zero to three visas, not a mark-up. An agency may still add its own service fee, so ask.
Older AMC price lists with different tier names still turn up in search results. They are an earlier tariff. Go by the four tiers above, or confirm with AMC.
What does an AMC visa cost?
Each visa tier lists the full chain: investor security approval, entry permit or status change if you are already in the UAE, medical test, Emirates ID and the residency visa. The establishment card comes with every visa tier and is renewed inside it. Business Club has no establishment card, because it has no visa.
AMC says packages go up to 10 visas for shareholders, but it only prints prices for one, two and three. For four or more, you need a quote. As a rough guide, two setup agencies put each visa beyond the printed tiers at about AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 (published prices of 2 setup agencies, checked ). Emirabiz reads AED 5,000 from the step between AMC's own tiers and warns that AMC prices 4 to 10 visas case by case. Dynasty gives the wider estimate and says AMC has no separate visa price list. No AMC page mentions health insurance, so add that to your budget.
What office options does AMC offer?
Every package includes a co-working space. Beyond that, AMC lists flexi desks, shared workspaces, executive offices and creative studios. Prices for the larger spaces are not published.
AMC runs on a digital platform for applications, payments and renewals, which it says works from anywhere in the world. Its own line is: "No office? No problem." Visa holders still come to the UAE for the medical and biometrics.
Which licence types and company forms does AMC offer?
AMC licences cover nine categories: trading, services, e-commerce, media, consultancy, FinTech, tech, logistics and healthcare. You can hold several categories under one entity. It also issues freelancer permits and one-person company licences.
The activity list on amc.gov.ae is searchable, with codes starting AM- next to ISIC codes. AMC does not state how many activities there are in total. AMC pages do not list company types or a share capital rule either, so ask for both in your quote.

How do you set up a company in AMC?
- Search the AMC activity list and note the codes you need, up to 10.
- Choose a tier by visa count: Business Club, Visionary, Pioneer or Innovator.
- Apply and pay online through the AMC platform.
- Receive your licence, incorporation certificate, commercial registry, MOA or AOA, share certificate and co-working lease.
- On a visa tier, complete the security approval, entry permit or status change, medical and Emirates ID.
AMC does not publish a setup time. Its home page only says you can be ready quickly, and the agency estimates we found disagree.
What documents does AMC ask for?
AMC pages do not list the documents. Expect at least a passport copy and a photo for each shareholder, and a UAE visa copy if you live here. Your quote should confirm the full list.
How do AMC companies open a bank account?
