What we collect
When you send an enquiry
- your name and phone or WhatsApp number,
- your email address, only if you give it,
- what you ask for, your business activity, the number of visas, the office you need and your timeline,
- the message you write, and the page you sent it from.
The forms do not ask for passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers or document copies, and we ask you not to type them in. There are no payments on this site.
When you browse
The site script gives each visit a random reference and records the pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and, when present, campaign tags or Google ad click identifiers in the link. It also records actions such as a sent form or a tap on a WhatsApp button. This is kept on our own server against the random reference, not against your name.
If Google Analytics is switched on, it measures the same kind of visit data. Google ad personalisation is switched off.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and to pass it to the free zone or licensed setup partner that can quote you.
- To improve the site: visit data shows which pages people read and which lead to enquiries.
- To keep records of referrals we make, which partners use to pay referral fees.
We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
- The free zone you asked about, or a licensed setup partner working with the zones that fit your enquiry. They receive your enquiry so they can reply with options and prices. Each of them handles your details under its own privacy policy from then on.
- Hetzner hosts the server where enquiries and visit data are stored.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- SendGrid sends email notices of new enquiries.
- Google Analytics, when switched on, measures visits. Google Ads, when ads run, receives a conversion signal when a form is sent after an ad click.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you message us or give a WhatsApp number for the reply.
You can ask us at any time which company received your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit data is used in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete your enquiry and its details, or stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form, choose "Other" and say what you want done. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours.
Browser storage
The site stores a random visit reference in your browser so that page views and a sent form can be linked to the same visit. It holds no name or contact details. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Changes
If what we collect or who receives it changes, we update this page before the change takes effect.
