Creative City Fujairah is the Fujairah Creative City Media Free Zone, founded in by Emiri Decree of the Ruler of Fujairah. Its cheapest tier, the Community Support Package, gives a one-year licence with one activity, one owner and a flexi desk, with no visa. The setup page shows no price for any tier, but a separate offer page on Creative City's site lists a Media Package at AED 3,999 a year with a flexi desk and no visa. It fits freelancers, content creators and small media firms.
How much does a Creative City Fujairah license cost?
Creative City shows prices in one place only, and it is not the main setup page. Start with the offer page, then the six tiers.

These are official figures from Creative City's own website, but read them with care. The page address ends in "packages_old". It is a "Create Big" campaign page with a quote form, and we found no link to it from the homepage or the company set-up page. Its package names (Media, Elite, Elite+) do not match the six tiers on the setup page, and its Media Package allows 10 activities where the current Media tier allows 3. Before you pay, ask Creative City whether these prices are still on offer and which tier they map to.
An archived copy of Creative City's former website () gave a single headline: business licensing starting from AED 5,520. It named no package.
The six tiers on the setup page
The company set-up page lists six tiers. Every one includes a flexi desk lease. The setup page itself shows no price for any of them.

| Media | not stated | 3 | 0, with NMC media licence support | Not published |

The Community Support tier also comes with a certificate of incorporation. The Media tier is the one built around a National Media Council licence, which matters if you publish or advertise content.
The new fee schedule
Creative City has announced a new fee schedule, approved by the Ruler's Decision No. (4) of . The announcement page names the decision but lists no amounts. We cannot tell whether the offer page prices follow the new schedule. Agency price lists may predate it too, so a figure from last year may no longer hold.
What setup agencies charge
Agencies price the current tier names, and their figures sit above the offer page. For the cheapest no visa tiers (Media or Entrepreneur), setup agencies publish about AED 4,900 to AED 5,599 a year (published prices of 3 setup agencies, checked ). For a licence with one visa, such as the Smart tier, two agencies publish AED 10,000 to AED 13,500.
Two of the agencies print identical tables, down to the renewal prices, so they may work from the same rate card. We count them as one. Other agencies still use old tier names such as Freelancer or Baby Business with much higher numbers, and we leave those out. None of these is our price.
What does a Creative City Fujairah visa cost?
Residence visas issued by Creative City are valid for two years. Your visa count follows your package: none on the first three tiers, one free on Smart, and quotas of 5 or 15 on the two Business tiers.
Creative City publishes no fee for an extra visa. Setup agencies put one at AED 3,650 to AED 5,520 (published prices of 2 setup agencies, checked ). The lower figure leaves out the medical and Emirates ID. If you need one visa only, ask about the Elite offer above, which already has one visa in the package.
Creative City also issues NOCs for the long-term visas: a Golden Visa NOC and a Green Visa NOC, each with its own salary threshold. Check the current rules on the visa and residency page before you apply.
If your visa application is rejected, the rules allow a refund minus an administration deduction. The same applies to an incorporation that does not go ahead.

- Flexi desk: included in every package, with access 24 hours a day.
- Virtual office: an address without a desk.

What does Creative City Fujairah license renewal cost?
You choose a licence term of one to ten years, either at registration or at renewal. A longer term means fewer renewals to track.
Late renewal costs AED 50 a month, capped at AED 500. A lapsed establishment card is a bigger risk: the fine reaches up to AED 1,200 once the card is more than 28 days past expiry. Our licence renewal guide explains the wider checklist.
Which licence types and company forms does Creative City Fujairah offer?
Creative City uses two sets of names for the same three forms. Its FAQ and rules call them FZE, FZ LLE and FZ LLC. Its legal forms page calls them Sole Establishment, SP-LLC and LLC.
- FZE or FZ LLE: a single owner.
- FZ LLC: several owners. The legal forms page allows 2 to 50 partners.
The activity count is not consistent. The homepage counter says 900 activities, while the FAQ says more than 2,000 commercial activities. Ask Creative City to confirm your exact activity is on its list before you pay.
A dual licence with Fujairah Municipality lets you work in the free zone and on the mainland. To run an office anywhere outside Creative City, you need a NOC from the authority.
