What the site is

UAEFreeZoneDirectory.com is an independent information directory about free zones in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a free zone, a licensing authority, a government body or an official agent of any free zone. We do not issue licences, visas, permits or establishment cards.

Information, not advice

The prices, rules and steps on this site come from the free zones' own published pages, from government pages and from public agency price lists, each with the date we checked it. Free zones change their fees and packages often, and promotions end. Information on this site can therefore be out of date or incomplete. Always confirm the current price, the rules and what a package includes with the free zone or your setup partner before you pay or sign anything.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. For tax questions, check the Federal Tax Authority or a registered tax agent.

Enquiries and referrals

When you send a form, you ask us to pass your enquiry to a free zone or a licensed setup partner so that they can contact you. Any contract you sign is between you and that free zone or partner, on their terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their services, prices, timing or decisions. Partners may pay us a referral fee, as explained on how we earn.

We link to official free zone and government websites so you can check facts at the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care that the information is accurate when we check it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from a decision of a free zone or authority, or from the services of a partner you choose.
