Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) is the newest free zone in Ajman. Its Zero Visa package starts from AED 4,888 and includes a licence with up to 10 activities, unlimited shareholders, a lease agreement and a bank letter, with no visa. A visa package starts from AED 10,800. ANCFZ aims at technology, AI, media, trade and professional services, and says it issues licences in 2 hours.
What ANCFZ is
The legal story is less tidy than for older zones, so here is what we could confirm.
An Emiri Decree, No. 15 of , set up a free zone called "Ajman Centre for New Projects (Free Zone)", tied to the Ajman government and with its own legal personality. A later decree named Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi as chairman. ANCFZ names the same person as its chairman, so it is very likely the brand of that decree. We have not found a page that says so in plain words.
The UAE government portal u.ae lists two free zones in Ajman: Ajman Free Zone and Ajman Media City. ANCFZ is not on that list. That may simply mean the list has not been updated. It runs its own licensing portal and calls itself a licensing authority based in Ajman.
Its head office is in Amber Gem Tower, on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street in Al Rashidiya 3, with a representative office in Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road.
How much does an ANCFZ license cost?

Both prices say "starting from", and the page does not state the licence term. ANCFZ also offers Tabby: four payments at no extra cost, from AED 1,222, for the GCC market.
The Arabic version of the packages page goes further and prices each visa count for a one year package:

The agency pages we found for ANCFZ repeat these official starting prices and add nothing new. One agency says a realistic first year with a visa and insurance costs more than the headline visa price. We could not find two agencies with their own ANCFZ prices, so we show no market range.
Where ANCFZ's own pages disagree
Two points on the official site do not match:
- Visa count. The package is called "1 to 10 Visa All Inclusive". A second block on the same page says the all inclusive package offers "up to 7 visas". The FAQ adds that the visa quota depends on the office or package you choose.
- Shareholders. The packages say "unlimited shareholders". The company types FAQ says an FZC is for up to 50.
Neither is likely to matter for a one or two person company. If you plan a large visa count or many shareholders, get the limit in writing before you pay.
What does an ANCFZ visa cost?
ANCFZ says visas are issued within 24 to 48 hours of company registration, and its about page puts it at 48 hours. The visa package covers the steps in one price: security approval, entry permit or status change, the medical test in Ajman, Emirates ID and the residency stamp, plus the establishment card. Health insurance is not listed. No separate per visa fee is published: you pay by package, from AED 10,800 for 1 visa up to AED 52,200 for 10 on the Arabic packages page. The difference between two packages is not a visa fee you can buy on its own.
What office options does ANCFZ offer?
The FAQ lists flexi desks, shared offices and private offices. The packages page adds executive office and retail packages. The Zero Visa package comes with a lease agreement; the page does not name the space type.
Which licence types and company forms does ANCFZ offer?
ANCFZ licenses commercial, industrial, service, consultancy and education activities. Its FAQ also mentions an e-commerce licence, a blockchain tokenization licence and a university licence. It lists over 3,500 activities, and each package lets you mix and match up to 10.
You can set up an FZE with one shareholder, an FZC with two or more, or a branch of a foreign or local company. There is no minimum paid up capital for most activities.
Its stated sectors are technology and innovation, metaverse and AI, trade and distribution, media and entertainment, and professional services. If you sell online, compare it with the options in our e-commerce licence guide.
How does ANCFZ license renewal work?
Licences renew yearly, often online without the shareholders being present. The renewal fee is not published, so ask for it with your first quote.
How do you set up a company in ANCFZ?
- Choose your activities from the ANCFZ list, up to 10 per package.
- Pick FZE, FZC or branch, and a package: Zero Visa, visa all inclusive or pay as you go.
- Submit your documents through the ANCFZ portal.
- Pay, in full or through Tabby.
- Receive the licence and company documents. ANCFZ says this takes 2 hours, or 15 minutes when documents are complete.
- On a visa package, complete the entry permit, medical and Emirates ID.
What documents does ANCFZ ask for?
- Passport copy and colour photo for each shareholder
- Residence visa and Emirates ID if you live in the UAE, or a tourist visa or entry stamp
- Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or tenancy contract
- For branches: the manager's documents plus the parent's attested licence, MOA or AOA and board resolution
How do ANCFZ companies open a bank account?
ANCFZ companies can open corporate accounts, and the zone says it gives help and introductions where needed. The bank letter comes in both priced packages. The bank decides on the account.
Pros and cons of Ajman NuVentures
Pros:
- Lowest published Zero Visa starting price of the three Ajman zones, at AED 4,888
- Licence in hours, visa in 24 to 48 hours, as stated by the zone

- Not on the u.ae free zone list, and the decree link is not stated on its site
- Its pages disagree on visa count and shareholder limit
