What to include
- Your activity. Write what the company will actually do, for example "IT consultancy for clients in Europe" or "online shop selling cosmetics". Free zones license activities, so this decides which zones can take you.
- Visas. How many residence visas you need now, and roughly how many in two years. This decides the office size and often the price.
- Office. Whether a flexi desk is enough or you need a private office or a warehouse.
- Shareholders. How many there are, and whether any of them is a company rather than a person.
- Timeline. When you want the licence.
Please do not send passport copies or Emirates ID numbers through the form. The free zone or partner asks for documents once you decide to go ahead.
What happens next
